Radius Pressview gone blue

I had this amazing 21 inch Radius Pressview SuperMac which I used with a Mac
PowerBook and a few connectors (it has that curious 13W3 plug) as an
occasional monitor.

Suddenly it has gone almost completely blue. Does this sound like a gun
problem or some wiring malfunction? Worked perfectly one day, the next,
blue. No red bleeding or anything like that. Powerbook screen still fine or
I wouldn't be posting here.

Sorry to sound a bit like a layman but no amount of pressing the buttons
from function to function on the front or degaussing changes anything.
