I'm quite new to this forum. I hope I can get some help as how to correct a fault in my VSX-510 receiver. The Powering Down sequence starts immidiately after I powered on.

It happens with and without any input devices or speakers connected to ther unit.

However, isolating the backplate from center speaker/front speaker chassis connection on the right hand side of the speakers connector (seen from back) prevents the protection circuit from activating - and things seem to be normal.

I would be very happy if anybody could help me with a service manual or a schematic diagram.
