philips monitor 14" model no: 104s12, chassis: CM214.

Checked voltage in the primary and secondary of the low voltage psu.
Voltages are with right specs. (I based the voltages in the volts value
of primary & secondary caps.). The heater is lit upon turn on. But
there is no static on the screen. There is no indication of hv. HOT is
ok. There is no voltage on the collector of the HOT when measured. So
follow the supply line. What I discover is a different design from
which I am familiar with (design of most monitors I repair). Usually
the primary pins of the flyback transformer where collector of the HOT
is connected is physically beside each other. This one is different.
Flyback pin no. 1 is connected to the collector. I thought pin no. 2 is
the the other side of the primary winding but its connected to ground.
I cant figure out now the other side of the flyback primary winding so
i cannot trace now where the collector voltage of the HOT is being
lost. There are other components connected to the collector through
jumper wire. But I dont trace the collector voltage there because what
I know is collector voltage that comes from the main supply passes
through the primary winding of the flyback.
If anyone is familiar with this monitor. Please advise me.

I resoldered already every suspected cold solder in the mainboard and
crt board.

thank you....
