My Panasonic widescreen TV has the jitters.
When I turn it on I get: 1st. A screen which is way too dark
2nd The screen turning lighter all the
time
3rd Thin blue lines across my screen
4th BLEEP my TV turns itself off
Any suggestions???

Is it a CRT (Flatscreen 1 tube) or a CRT ( 3 Tubes ) or anything else?
For all the questions posted on this site it would certainly help, if the
the model # would be mentioned , or at least what kind of TV it is,
since there are many choices at present time.
disconnect the blue tube socket and see if it still shuts down
also check the Voltages on the CRT(s)
G2? Kathode? ckeck the Kathode Voltages, with the socket on & off.
