Greetings,
In trying to reset two of my Cybergenie  handsets I have hit Master Reset and then entered what I thought was the right PIN (at least the one I think I used; it isn't the default). I try a few different numbers when the first one doesn't work and suddenly the display comes up saying I need to reset the PIN and then it startsw asking for a "Backdoor" (clearly some master number to clear forgotten PIN's). The only probleem is that NONE of the Cybergenie doc even MENTIONS a Backdoor let alone what it is!!!!
Anyone, PLEASE HELP!!!!
