Omnivision OV7141

Dear Guru,
It's the first time, I'm using a Omnivision Chip.
I have Buy a OV7141 to make an image capture device.
I have made a complete circuit around the OV7141.

I have try to communicate with the device on the SCCB port.
But I'm not able to retrieve any information.

When I send the address 0x42 on this bus.
I don't received any acknowledge.

So My first question is how can I test If my chip is working ?

I feed the chip with 2.5V and 3.3V for IO.
pin PWDN feeded to 0V.
pin reset feeded to 0V.

I have try to test the pin VREF. But the pin stay at 0V.

VREF is connected to a 1uF capacitor.

Do I do anything wrong ?
