Analog to Digital Conversion

Hello to all users.
In my task I need to get the analog signal from hardware, transform it to digital data and save data on my PC. In the future I’ll need to control my hardware by changing its state subject to events inside my hardware. My question is in choosing the hardware solution for these purposes. Does anybody know any hardware which has embedded ADC (analog-to-digital converter) solution?

I know one good solution and I’m using it in my practice. You can use Diolan usb io interface adapter gpio-24. It has embedded analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and suitable API interface to use it. You can read Online API Documentation to look through and decide does it suit your needs.
